Kingfisher Responsible
Business Report 2020-21
Kingfisher plc is an international home improvement company with over 1,380 stores in eight countries across Europe. They employ 80,000 people. Their purpose is to make better homes accessible for everyone.
The Responsible Business Report is a 65 page document covering their annual performance, strategy and how they are making a positive impact with four key priorities and ambitious targets. It summarises performance against some of their targets, highlights key actions during the year and explains their response to the challenging circumstances created by the Covid-19 pandemic.
We created their report with infographics, data presentations and pull-out features to communicate their progress throughout 2020-21. We also produced an accompanying Performance Data Appendix document, as well as the Data Methodology and GRI Index supporting documents. Our work included a range of supporting communications for launch presentations and graphic material for their website.
